I relate to this so much. I worked out 6-7 days a week in the “before times.” It was too much. Now I’m able to build in movement and I do it in a much more reasonable way. I stop before it doesn’t feel good.

Glad to hear you've found a healthy relationship with it Amy. I think for me I thought I was pushing just from a pov of trying to improve and 'be the best', but actually I feel it was just masking the pain. I'm still working on it but also finding more balance with exercise now, and going forward!
